Terms of Service
General:
➜ All payments will be in CAD or USD, PayPal
➜ I have the right to decline the commission
➜ I will receive 100% payment upfront for commissions under $60
➜ Option for commissions over $60: I will receive 50% payment upfront and 50% after sketch
➜ I will not give refunds after the colored sketch stage
➜ Commissions can take 1 to 4 weeks. Please let me know in advance if you need it by a certain date
Rights and Permissions:
➜ Commissions are for noncommercial use only unless given my explicit permission.
➜ Do not claim the commission as your own.
➜ The client is NOT allowed to edit, distribute, make merchandise, or use the commission for any type of advertising without my explicit permission.
➜ Do not edit, trace, recolour or modify the commission (cropping/resizing are okay).
➜ Unless specially requested by the client, I have the right to post the commission on any social media platform.
➜ The client may post the commission on any platform (provided that it is not restricted) as long as they credit me (@yumiihe on Instagram).
Other:
➜ Let me know if you need a specific pixel/dpi size. Otherwise, all files will be scaled to my preference (from 1500/5000 pixels at min/max) with 300 dpi.
➜ I will send the final product as a PNG file
Will do:
✓ ocs
✓ fanart
✓ gore
Will not do:
✘ furries (ears and tails are okay)
✘ older/aged characters

Ordering process:
1) Contact me and tell me what you'd like using the ordering template below.2) Once I have confirmed the commission, please send me the payment through PayPal. If I do not receive the payment within a week, I will have assumed that you have cancelled the commission.3) I will begin working on the commission as soon as I receive the payment. I will send screenshots as I go along and keep in contact. (Let me know if you want any specific screenshots during this time).4) When I have finished, I will confirm if you want to make any small last minute revisions. I will send the final piece to you through Twitter, Instagram, or email; whichever one you prefer.
